Service Description

Join me for this Virtual Only EXCLUSIVE class! As our bodies and minds are preparing for rest, our yoga practice can assist us to sleep and rest better. This class is designed to do just that! You can expect breath work to focus our minds as we make our way towards gentle movements. A slow and low flow with asanas (poses) carefully chosen to physically, mentally and energetically to prepare us for rest. This class will keep us grounded as we stretch our way to deep relaxation in savasana. Sign up for Breath Work and Meditation directly after this class to really reap the benefits of a complete mind and body practice. Props are not necessary for this class. However, I always recommend 2 yoga blocks, a yoga strap, a bolster or pillow and a blanket nearby to use, as needed. This online class is set up with a FLEXIBLE PAYMENT structure with increments set at $5 $10 $15 $20 You will see the option to choose which one works for you at the time of payment. I am offering theses classes with a FLEXIBLE PAYMENT option. When you sign up for class, you'll be given the option to choose the amount that work best for your budget. If you have any questions or these options do not fit your budget, please reach out to me directly at info@lighthouse-obx.com and we will work out a way for you to attend, as well. Yoga is and should be for all people no matter what! You must sign our waiver before attending first class. Follow the link on the menu bar. Cancellation Policy- no refunds, cancellation allowed up to 1 hour before class starts. If you need to reschedule you can do so from your account.
